My partner and I went to Ima after we did the Heaphy track. My calf muscles were killing me after 4 days of hiking in boots which were half a size too small for my feet. It was a bummer, since we were supposed to train for a half marathon and it meant that I loose another week of training. Well.. it looked like magic. After we walked out of Ima, I could actually walk properly. Two days later we ran 5km. What kind of sorcery is this? I’m blown away. Highly recommend this place.
